Refunds and returns must be sent back within 15 days of customer receiving the goods. The goods must be returned in the same condition as received, or a refund will not be applicable. Clothes must not be worn, or show any signs of wear. CDs/vinyl must be unopened. If CD or vinyl is being returned do to a defect, then the previous statement is not applicable. 

When sending an item back for a refund, we will provide the credit to your account in the method in which it was paid (Credit Card). These refunds will appear on your account within one week of our processing the returned package.
